Try this delicious, refreshing treat in place of sugar filled dairy ice cream products:

Mango Blueberry Sorbet

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen mango
1 bag frozen cherries
1 tablespoon agave nectar
¼ cup apple juice

Put all ingredients into a blender or vita mix

Blend until creamy, about one minute.

You may have to scrape the sides of the machine down a few times if using a regular blender

Serve immediately

Put the rest in a Tupperware container in the freezer to enjoy later.

When serving later on, take out a bit before serving

Tip: You can use any frozen fruits you like or freeze fresh fruit such as banana and strawberries.

Kale Chips

Let’s talk about kale for a moment. It’s one of the most nutritious vegetables you can find, filled with vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, phytonutrients (those handy cancer-fighting nutrients), fiber, calcium, and all kinds of essential amino acids.

Potato chip lovers – Kale chips are a great swap for chips and a great way to get greens in. Great snack for kids and husbands!

Preheat oven to 350
Take 1 head fresh kale, wash and remove center stem/vien
In a bowl sprinkle Kale with Sea Salt and Olive Oil
Mix well
Place on baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are brown and Kale is crispy when moved in the pan

Try other seasonings too – Mrs. Dash, hot pepper, garlic, oregeno – use your imagination!
